Challenging and invigorating work - such great impact.

Cons

Very high intensity. Military-like. You’ll know quick if you aren’t cut out for it.

Pros

If your structured and consistent with the daily missions, the job is fairly easy. High pay but shifts always changing which is understandable for the position. Stay focused and be positive in a negative place due to immigration kids. Don't take anything personal if a minor lashes out or has behavioral issues. Be the light and help your coworkers out.

Cons

Nothing really, high paying Job with team work. If you can't get along with other ppl your going to have a hard time

Pros

I would say Nothing is pro here.

Cons

I worked at this company for a while, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The salary is really low for the amount of work they expect you to do. The management is terrible—micromanaging all the time, which makes it impossible to get any real work done without constant interruptions. They pile on an excessive amount of work, and no matter how much you do, it's never enough. The stress levels are through the roof, and it's very easy to burn out. Expectations are always too high, and there’s no appreciation for the effort you put in. Plus, there’s no room to grow, and they don’t give raises, no matter how long you’ve been there. It’s a very toxic environment, and after a while, you feel like you can’t keep up. They say it's all about the young adults "clients", but it's a lie. They only care about numbers and money. Just Google how much the executives make for a non-profit. I would not recommend working here if you value your mental health or career growth.
