Pros
Small enough company that you could easily communication with senior managers easily. CEO is a very personable and nice person to talk with. Salary and benefits were above average when compared to other similar companies. It was nice that the company held numerous socials so you could get to know fellow employees on a personal basis.
Cons
As a small business in certain fields, options may be limited if certain contracts are not won.
