The only reason to work for BCE is salary and benefits.
Cons
They took away the benefit of working from home, expected to log on after work hours from home to continue your working, Tier C responsibility over the years have become Tier D responsibilities without the salary, bad management especially in Finance BBM, bad when you are in Quebec and your boss is in Ontario.
