Pros
The pay was amazing. Employees seemed to really absorb brand life and culture.
Cons
This was one of the most difficult places I've ever had to work. There were too many ambiguous levels of upper management, and it was impossible to tell who had the final say. Opinions almost always contradicted one another. The process of approval was counterproductive.
