The work culture is so positive and supportive. Being a not for profit organization can have it's challenges financially, however Leadership acknowledges the work that is being done by staff and tries to celebrate and compensate staff in the best way they can. The office environment is welcoming, and I feel connected to my colleagues. Leadership understands the need for work/life balance and I am very grateful to work in an organization that is flexible. We have great leadership and amazing staff!
