Performance bonuses are offered, many of the other employees were great to work with, and the bank was aggressive about incorporating new technologies into its processes.
Cons
Processors were assigned to teams of ten or twelve, everyone worked at one very long table in close proximity, and performance bonuses were based on team output instead of individual output.
