-The communication during the hiring process could definitely be improved. Sometimes you would finish an on-boarding task, only to be contacted by the HR and recruiting team, informing that you would need to finish the same tasks in order for the hiring process to progress.
-Out dated technology. This is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to huge financial institutions and banks, and BBVA is certainly not excluded from that. On the bright side though, the company has been keen on familiarizing everyone with the essential, basic knowledge required to be able to keep up to date with the industry standards, and replacing some of the older applications, with simpler, faster UI's.
