      Pros

      RHEI (Formlerly BBTV) allows workers from all over the world to provide services. In an 100% remote work environment, people at the company are very welcoming and nice to work with. It has been no problem meeting tasks' deadlines, as management always makes sure to not overwhelm workers with a hugr workload.

      Cons

      Working from abroad, sometimes there's little to no interaction with other workers from the team during the day.
