Don’t really care about employees

Monday - Friday, no weekends, ability to work in different "departments" or areas. Interesting operation (performance automobile parts manufacturer.)

Lack of appropriate leadership for all departments. High turnover rate tends to lead to lofty goals for employees. Unequal treatment. Owner is certainly a "know it all" who comes off as being superior to everyone. No facility cleaning crew, equipment maintenance is non existent (duct tape it together when it breaks attitude) Dishonesty runs amuck.
