      -Strong company culture, leadership is approachable, employees are treated like people rather than numbers. - Unlimited Earning Potential - no cap on commission - team oriented atmosphere, everyone around you is willing to help to see you win - hard work is noticed & appreciated - plenty of in house training tools to get you up to speed - relationship driven approach with customers - a CEO/Leadership team that truthfully cares about their employees
