benefits are not good but can improve

management is not the best

The best things about working for BBE are: 1. The people - we are down to earth, humble, funny, smart and kind. Good humans! 2. The new COO really knows what he's doing and offers unparalleled guidance/direction. 3. The health benefits are awesome! Great coverage in all areas and they offer a health spending account. 4. The team building - we get to do nice dinners/outings as a team and it's great for morale. 5. We work on some really cool projects/ exciting hot shots/ critical shipments / "patient on table" those types of critical pharma moves.

I wish they had more sick days. It went from 2 days to 4 annually, but it's just not enough when you have kids that are sick all the time. Luckily though - they offer some flex days to make up in most scenarios.
