Amazing team of creative and talented people Great office Nice activities and team buildings Supportive micro management Very large clients Excellent for starting your career but no chance for raise or promotion
Cons
Low salaries No promotions Too much overtime Mandatory timesheeds which on my opinion cost arguments among employees and are completely pointless Very few social benefits Clients are more important than employees
