Pros
Bonuses are performance related based on KPI reviews. Do we'll, get paid well. I've gotten a bonus every 6 months since I started, love it
Cons
Given the huge increase in the cost of living (train tickets have gone up by 50% for example), my salary increase didn't reflect that. Bonuses are obviously discretionary, salary increase is more concrete. I'd appreciate the bonuses as a salary increase instead
