Not a great environment - Graphic Designer BBA Gallery Employee Review

I've spent three months as intern at BBA Gallery. I was looking for a post graduation internship in the art industry field and BBA responded to my request! I had the opportunity to work with an international team of people who now I consider friends and two employers, Renata and Vishal, who put lot of trust in myself! I felt confident with the tasks that I received and I had the opportunity to push myself into new challenges. In an international gallery as BBA you can meet lot of interesting people: visitors, artists and other professionals, this really helped me to create my network.

I think three months weren't enough to fully achieve my goals. Sometime the office work may not meet expectations and bother creative minds but it's part of the job as gallery assistant and it is as important as other tasks.

-Getting to work on projects relating to my field -Practicing my skills -Learning about the art world -Coworkers were absolutely amazing and were the best part of my time here!

-HIGHLY unprofessional and disrespectful communication from management -Unclear briefings and feedback -No room to make mistakes/no support for growth -Work/Home life boundaries often unclear -Quick burnout
