- Heavy focus on production output optimization; everything is tracked at a granular level. - Client work priorities mostly overshadow internal improvements.

Fully-remote, open and transparent communication at all times, very nice atmosphere overall despite the remote setup

I guess the only cons are related to the remote setup, where a lot of thought needs to be put into how we communicate with one another.
