Pros

- Nice folks, no real jerks - Get to work on a product that you can show off - Good work life balance IF you're not one of those traveling to China all the time

Cons

- Tons of process, nothing gets done without a meeting - Groups are isolated w/o much communication between them leading to a crappy product experience - Really low pay although it got a little better with the Intel acquisition - You get the feeling that everyone is playing "startup" (ie. beer, snacks, dogs, open office), but nothing really gets done.

Pros

Great group of people who are passionate about delivering a high quality product. The culture is fun and it's not uncommon for employees to plan activities together after hours or on the weekends. The pay and benefits are competitive with industry standards, not sure what the other poster is talking about. I had surgery last year and paid very little out of pocket. There are happy hours every Friday, regular catered lunches, quarterly offsite events and even a dog friend office. We do work hard, but play hard as well. No job is without it's inherent challenges, but overall a great place to work!

Cons

As with any start-up it's fast past and often times that means working over 40 hour weeks, but what start-up doesn't do that?
