Good salary. Lots of holidays. Good Location. 8 hr and 30 minutes duty. Basic science people some times enjoy to work here.
Cons
Not good for engineers, Nothing to learn, No project Review, No grooming, Detrimental to the quality of concepts one have previously learned. as without updating ones knowledge he/she becomes drab. Boring life style, life stagnent.
