      Well being programs and medical expenses covered by the Company. Work load is very light, people finish working most of the time a 3:30 pm

      Cons

      Stuck in the old ways Of the past. Unable to embrace new ideas or better ways to do things. Managers have silo mentality and run their departments as little kingdoms
