Corporate bullies - Residential Counselor BAMSI Employee Review

The corporate mentality is to bully the staff. They treat the staff like children in many cases. They seem to threaten to terminate employment a lot. They will institute a new policy and tell you that if you don't follow it, you will be terminated. It's no wonder they are a union company. Treatment must improve! There are very few long term employees because of this treatment. Nobody wants to stay after they have been treated poorly.
