Pros
* Individuals that we serve are amazing and deserve more *Mandated to stay is very rare *Program manager and Nurse managers really care and want to make a difference
Cons
*Upper management is awful & they do not follow through, they get paid to much to pretend like they know but they do not work in the houses and do not help out, I have seen many nurse and program manager struggle with no help. *No raises are given doesn't matter your experience or how long you have been working for BAMSI *Some Residential counselors are rude/ disrespectful with nothing done about it *Staff are not all trained or just do not care about the people we serve *On call requirements for management with $50 a week which is a joke for the amount of work that we do.
