Teamwork based, and everyone wants to do the right thing for the patients.

The design of the workspace is great, the technology is advanced, the clinic team is extremely hard working and caring about the patients.

Unfortunately, the operational side doesn't match the vision. Compensation was below market without a clear rationale, and there was no meaningful path for career development or advancement. HR interactions felt more adversarial than supportive.
