Great management, wonderful working environment, everyone is very supportive and respects one another, good pay, very inclusive (there is no bias here).

The only drawback is the benefits are a little below normal, but those are improving.

Great team - they take time to coach you and provide tools for growth

Small company - only so much room for vertical movement
