      Pros

      Bai really looks out for their people. They are very personal, and try to accommodate all of their employees.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have a lot of intelligence contracts, so work for cleared personnel is limited.

      I enjoyed everybody that I worked with at BAI. Really great group of people

      Cons

      Things got a bit boring at times. I felt like I could contribute more, but that's moreso the contract I was on than the company itself

      Remote work Pay is good

      401k says they match but they do not put matching contributions into account Only 15 days PTO no sick leave
