Pros
Unique, interesting work. Good atmosphere, the people are very professional, friendly and welcoming. Excellent health insurance at a lower rate than any Corporate Health plan I've seen before (must be subsidised).
Cons
Lots of tidying-up of old processes still needs to be done. Hard to find the one "source of truth" when you are looking for processes or information, as the Intranet database isn't easy to search.
