Waste of Time and Effort - Anonymous employee BAI (Bank Administration Institute) Employee Review

Useless initiatives, idiotic meetings, horrible employee review process, annoying upper management, terrible HR. Management has no direction and most don't know how to lead or delegate or are just plain annoying. The executives are not trustworthy, there is a HIGH rate of turnover. The hiring, firing, and promotion practices are questionable and not consistent. The CEO is pretty clueless. Dated technology, lack of experienced resources (because everyone quit).. the list goes on. Overall the culture here is stale and I don't see it recovering anytime soon.
