Cons
-Refusal to acknowledge past experience from other companies, despite a high level of relevance. Resulting in a lot of people being severely under graded, competent engineers coming in on the same wage as newly qualified apprentices. -Endless bureaucracy, that encourages people to look elsewhere for progression as its too drawn out internally.
