good people within each team. I haven't met many people I couldn't get along with. pay is decent and opportunities for salary packaging are useful, although it is limited to a sole provider. a tangible impact on the future of Australia.
Cons
lots of work outside Australian work hours due to location of suppliers and other stakeholders. constantly changing timelines with minimal communication of issues between departments
