Big company with offices all over Australia. Global governance structure that provides a consistent approach to project management across the company. Good recognition through the chairman's awards.
Cons
Very heavy on processes which slows down decision making and makes the company fairly risk averse. Heavily reliant on very large Defence contracts which makes the company susceptible to boom and bust cycles.
