      excellent people - generally very capable with an open and supportive culture early responsibility for those people who can justify it entrepreneurial culture

      Cons

      unclear strategy on how the business will be grown in the medium term very little strength in depth - the business struggles to deliver on its good ideas losing the old entrepreneurial culture now owned by BAE, and with the influx of new senior management
