Interesting client base and fascinating problem domains to work in, fantastic quality of colleagues, salaries above average compared to other consultancies, given how much they expect over and above a normal working week
Cons
Unstructured learning and development, career development and communities of interest not managed at the company level, therefore the quality of your experience depends on the individual commitment of those around you. Company has grown, and continues to grow but hasn't adequately managed to implement processes required for its size.
