Pros
Very interesting work, if you are in a position to find/receive it. Generally very pleasant colleagues - though some lack basic social skills.
Cons
Senior and BAES management have no clue of where to take the company. I can think of several examples of failed programmes that are swept under the carpet. There are a lot of old timers, as a result any dissent is frowned upon.
