Not a good employer - Software Engineer BAE Systems Employee Review

Poor management, chaotic, virtually no training, thrown in at the deep end, lots of stressed out engineers, poor working environment. Virtually no documentation, no comments in code, heavy reliance on boost, etc. No real sense of working in a team.
