Tread Carefully if you are looking to join this Contract - Project Manager BAE Systems Employee Review

No complaints about the corporate office, but we are contractors so really have no contact. This US Marshals Service contract is not under control and is a very low-morale working environment. The contract is under-resourced, has no real processes and is micro-managed by the government people to the point that the managers cannot keep up with demands. The managers are mostly supportive of personnel but if you have the time, I recommend you pass on joining this contract.
