Pros
Not much, there are some fun people to make friends with
Cons
-- Not a good place to start your career as a graduate. There is no structured graduate programme. They don't match your skills to the roles that you are given. You can spend months and months in a dead end role, doing very little, mainly doing odd-jobs, printing, filling in forms etc. This is not good, especially if you have a Masters or PhD and are used to a challenge. -- The training budget has recently been reduced, which means there is little rooms for growth / development. BAE are sucking out all the money, all they care about is the bottom line. -- A lot of graduates that join are looking to leave after less than a year; there is a very, very high turnover of staff.
