Pros
good benefits including bonus, shares, holiday, and special leave. Lots of diversity groups to be involved with.
Cons
The internal systems are many years out of date, there is no flexible working execpt by formal request. Difficult to obtain a higher salary or career progression outside of engineering. Seems like an "old boys club" where who you know will get you places and otherwise you're stuck.
