Pros
* The people you work with are generally young, bright and enthusiastic * The work is challenging - Detica works on the theory that the people they hire are smart enough to cope and work things out so they tend to throw you in the deep end, fine if you don't mind a challenge * Detica is top of their class in the things that they do well
Cons
* There are some things that Detica simply don't do well but they'll try them out for a while * This is not a management consultancy, it's a technical consultancy. As long as you're technical you'll enjoy it * The merger has caused some admin issues in the US offices that didn't really reasonate back to the head office in the UK for a while. Things are definitely improving, but it's still not the slickest beast!
