UNIONS!!!! Not interested in Engineering, only accountancy Heavily based on graduates who expect a high pay/ high end job but simply cannot do the job due to a severe lack of experience Rubbish engineers cannot be sacked, and thus are ‘encouraged’ to apply for position outside their current team by their managers to get them out. Unfortunately these positions are usually in a higher pay scale/ position What is the future of BAE Systems post current crop of aircraft???? (that's provided the Unions don't do to BAE that they did to Rover - and every other Major British business).
