      Interesting work, clients and opportunities.Flexible working is encouraged which is refreshing. Young company with plenty of young and ambitious staff

      Cons

      Requires more leadership from senior staff. The company is growing at a ridiculous rate, and it feels like the company is expanding just to fulfill projects in the pipeline, but doesn't stop to look after their staff's L&D
