      Pay? Friday afternoons off? Very, very occasional days of job satisfaction? That's literally all I can think of... TWENTY WORD MINIMUM

      No induction No support No guidance No teamwork In my experience senior managers did not ask staff for views nor did they act upon any volunteered.
