Pros
Good working hours and nice working environment as the offices were in university's campus next to a lake.
Cons
No career path,bureaucratic, backstabbing and blame culture, as employee you cannot freely express your opinion openly ans honesty, luck of management and leadership skills, they made promises in terms of responsibilities that didn't keep. Unbelievable slow in taking actions and very reactive. I was in a meeting in which leadership was not giving real sales numbers so people should nt know whether will get paid or not. Finally they didnt.
