Working with really intelligent people, projects are interesting enough, pay is decent, company atmosphere is good and management generally know enough technical knowledge to be useful and be able to allocate possible work for you to do

located in the middle of no where, very very old school management methodologies (might be a positive to some), stuck in a very old school way of thinking
