I've had a lot of training and accreditation made available to me so I'm grateful
Cons
For progression to more senior roles (that is to lead a team) I and my colleagues have struggled to really make headway. This is why colleagues I know have left. Plus, the need to evidence internal "value" despite being told your delivery work is "excellent" and not receive further promotions is infuriating
