Pros

Decent benefits, good hours, job stability, quarterly bonus (team qualifications, based on your earnings, and only if they "make enough money" to pay out)

Cons

Poor employee compensation, no raises, no linear job advancement (horizontal, yes), poor upper-mgmt employee attitudes, "tattle-tailing" and "nit-picking" at other employees, immaturity

Pros

Seems to be a nice place to work until you have been there a while, then you start noticing the friendly back stabbing from the executive staff. If you avoid the executives, you might not mind working here.

Cons

Keep to yourself and do not allow yourself to be fooled. The bank does not care about you are how they treat you. They allow the executive staff to get away with anything they want. There is no accountability for their actions.
