Pros
- babel has a large team base, segmented into tiny squads if we could say. Now the beautiful thing about the overall structure is the solid community that binds all of the employees in weekly events. So that everyone could explain the difficulties they face and allow others to suggest a course of action to solve them.
Cons
I was hired as an external employee, meaning, like a fancy form of a private contractor, so I can not evaluate the company in terms of career path. - personally, I found that language could be a major challenge, because I don't speak Spanish. And my managers happen to be not very fluent in English. - second, I can't generalize, but I found major difficulties in adapting to the workflow, maybe because I'm not used to corporate life, but the process to solve some issues can be quite long sometimes.
