      They don't steal you anything, they are honest about everything

      Cons

      bad salaries, they have a manager who tries to give the consultants the worst salaries, the worst payments. If you are in full-time with them and you finish your mission with their client, they will force you to have holidays, and if they finish, they will leave you.
