Pros
I really enjoyed working with the team at BA. They were all very supportive of teaching students, onboarding new employees and had a great mentoring program! Great company culture and place to work if you're interested in the transportation field.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as a red flag one small flaw was that I had a bit of trouble onboarding as things were remote but after talking with my supervisor I was quickly brought up to speed.
