Pros
How can any one feel to be with his family during the work hours? It is the case when you wake up in every morning trying to live an equality between your personal and professional lives. Every thing you do is a better contribution even sometimes a smile. Working with B3G is the best part of my career. I keep learning new things every single day.
Cons
Nothing noticed in the last 12 months during my work period as inconvenient. For sure we lost some friends in the road but it was related to personality style not the company
