Pros
Flexible hours. You can always switch schedule with coworkers. I can't really think of something else
Cons
Low pay, bad corporate culture (actually it's non existent), not a friendly place, unfair bonuses system, very strict punctuality HR policy. They are annoying freaks with keeping your desks clean and looking professionnal when they have visitors which happens every now and then for the Paris office
