Startup mentality although been going for 20 years, a bit of a facade, narcissistic senior management, sacks staff at a whim and overly stressed small development team. Wants you to work every hour god sends with the startup mentality and threatens unemployment if you aren't one to work non-paid overtime to feasibly deliver product.
