Pros
Good place to learn. Working experience is good. Direct exposure to clients which makes us to meet new people and learn new things. Challenging work environment.
Cons
Low pay, but does not matter if you want a good career. No proper recognition, even though you give your best shot. Recognition always goes to the one who takes side of management. Does not care about employee. At the EOD they totally care about the revenue generated out of the employee. Far behind from the latest technology in the market. No support from management to learn new Technology.
